The story opens in Harrison’s third year at Harmony Hill, a center for assisted living “where you wander green gardens in your golden years”—and then he meets Patrick, man with the charm of a hand grenade, who wants to escape Harmony Hill so he can complete a mission before he dies.
JOIN GEORGE AND DEAN ON STAGE
You won't stop laughing. "When I was young you didn't see any cleavage. Now, you see it in the front and the back."
Dean Hinmon (on the front cover) was on the road doing the one-man show, "AN EVENING WITH GEORGE BURNS," when one night he was suddenly aware that George himself had taken over. "I had to come back. Dean was ruining my reputation." What followed was their conversation as they graced the stages across the country.
A MIRACLE? George did play God in three movies. Maybe he can do a miracle now and then. George himself says, "I really got into the part when I made the movie, Oh God! One morning I overheard a woman say, 'Oh, what a beatutiful day.' I turned to her and said, "'Thank you.'"
